Blue Jays way too high. Losing Encarnacion will hurt. Morales is good but it's just not the same. Encarnacion was a big part of their identity as a team. Estrada and Happ both had career years that chances are they won't be able to duplicate. Tulo can't stay on the field. And Donaldson has missed the majority of Spring Training and will likely start off a little rusty since he's weeks behind everyone. I think the Blue Jays window has closed. I think they will be around .500 this year.

I think the Tigers will be a little better than that. I think they'll be more like 85-77. Verlander has returned to form. Fulmer should continue to improve. Zimmerman will be back healthy. And with that lineup that includes Miggy, V-Mart, J. D. , Upton, Kinsler, and Castellanos who finally came into his own last year. I think they could be dangerous.

Lastly, I think you have the Rockies way too low. I think you should have them and the D'Backs record flip flopped. The Rockies offense is legit with Blackmon, LeMahieu, CarGo, Arenado, Desomond (When he returns), and Dahl. And they finally have some pitching to go with it. Gray is the real deal. Bettis came into his own (hopefully he wins his battle with cancer), Chatwood is becoming more consistent, and they added Holland who is a proven closer hungry to prove he's still got it. They could be a threat for a 2nd wild card depending on how healthy the Cardinals and Mets rotations stay this year.

Aside from that I think it's pretty good.

Interesting thoughts, bwright.

I think Toronto will be fine. I'm actually not as bullish on the AL East as it seems. I think I was WAY too high on the Yankees (who really don't have a great team) . I think I'll be under on the Orioles. Thus, I think the Blue Jays will be just fine playing in an overrated division.

As far as the Tigers, I'm not sure I agree. That bullpen is putrid. Their offense is reliant on aging players with limited skill sets. They have one of the worst defenses in the game, and having Collins in CF makes them worse.

As far as Colorado, I disagree completely. I don't think their pitching is really all that strong, nor is their bullpen. I'm not sure that adding Holland makes their bullpen (ranked 21st last year) makes them that much better. Desmond and Dahl's injuries will hurt, as they have zero depth anywhere around the field. I bet they start selling pieces by June/ July. That team is so poorly ran.

I agree with most of your selections.

AL East- I agree with order

AL Central-Same, although KC might be closer to 500. Pitching will struggle but still decent team.

AL West-

I'll pick Seattle first. I Like what they accomplished in the off season
Houston
Texas
Angels
O's little better record

NL East- no Brainer but Atlanta ahead of Phillies

NL central-solid

NL West- I agree with order. I think Arizona will surprise a bit but won't be close to LA/ SF

Jays over Houston wildcard

Boston over Seattle
Jays over Cleveland

Boston over Jays

SF over Cards wildcard

Cubs over SF
Nats over LA

Cubs over Nats

Bosox over Cubs in 7.

You could be right about the Royals. It's going to be tough for that offense to get much worse, but I don't think it's going to be much better.

Combine their same offense with a much, much worse pitching staff, and I think they finish around 70-75 games.

And the Phillies: they will be much better than people realize. I actually think they could finish third in that division. Great, underrated pitching.
